• Regular Price: €7,000 (net)

• Payment: Full payment required before shipment
• Ownership transfers to customer upon full payment

Contract Duration:
• Initial term: 24 months from hardware delivery
• After 24 months: Monthly renewal at €99/month (net)
• Cancellation: 1 month notice after initial 24-month period
• No automatic cancellation of data access

Included Services (24 Months):
• Unlimited users on all levels
• Unlimited project management
• Geodata storage with redundant backups

• Customer may purchase new device after 24 months
• 10% discount on regular sales price
• New purchase starts new 24-month contract

Data Ownership & Export:
• Customer retains full ownership of all project data
• Export function available at all times
• After contract end: 60-day read-only access
• Data deletion after 60 days (GDPR Art. 17)
• Deletion certificate available on request

Liability & Limitations:
• Unlimited liability for intent & gross negligence
• Unlimited liability for personal injury
• Limited liability for slight negligence (max. 2x annual platform fee = €2,376 net)
• No liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits
• No liability for measurement inaccuracies due to environmental factors

Privacy & Data Protection:
• Processing strictly per GDPR/BDSG
• Customer remains data owner
• Provider processes only operational data (telemetry, logs, system data)
• Data processing agreement (DPA) included
• Sub-processors: EU-only, contractually bound
• No third-party data sales without customer consent

Export Control & Compliance:
• Customer must comply with EU export control regulations
• No use in embargo states (EU sanction lists)
• No use for military or weapon-related purposes violating EU law
• No use for scenarios endangering critical infrastructure
